Archiving/Muting Review Requests

Archiving and muting review requests is a great way to keep your dashboard from getting cluttered, and helping you to get to Dashboard Zero.

Archiving

Archiving will hide a review request until there's new activity on it. An archived review request will be hidden from your dashboard by default, but will appear again if there's a new update (such as a new diff, review, or any discussion).

You can archive review requests from your dashboard by selecting one or more review requests (by clicking the checkboxes on each row) and clicking "Archive."

If you don't see checkboxes, then click the pencil icon to the right of the column headers and enable the "Select Rows" column.

Review requests can also be archived right from the review request page by hovering over to the inbox icon on the left and clicking "Archive."

Muting

Muting will hide a review request, ignoring any new activity. It's great for those review requests you just don't want to see on your dashboard anymore. You can always unmute a review request if you want to.

Muting works just like archiving. You can mute review requests from your dashboard by selecting one or more review requests (by clicking the checkboxes on each row) and clicking "Mute."

Review requests can also be muted right from the review request page by hovering over to the inbox icon on the left and clicking "Mute."

Showing Archived/Muted Review Requests

By default, you won't see archived or muted review requests on the dashboard, but sometimes you'll want to temporarily show those.

To show all review requests, click "Show archived" next to the dashboard's header.

If you want to hide them again, click "Hide archived."
